was born in Houston, Texas. While at University, she took a year off to go sailing in the Bahamas and fell in love with boating. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology, she decided to get back on the water. So, in 1998 she accepted a position on the motor yacht Evviva. She was fortunate enough to experience a Panama Canal crossing and two summers in Alaska. Bitten by the travel bug, she continues traveling in her free time. Some of her favorite spots include Kenya, Costa Rica, and New Zealand. She is fluent in English and trying to learn Spanish. Some of her interests include photography, hiking, yoga, and scuba diving.
