was born in England but raised in Cape Town, South Africa. He is a British Class 2 Certified Engineer, having spent ten years in the Merchant Navy. He has been in yachting for seven years as Chief Engineer on various yachts. Nick spends most of his spare time chasing animals around with his camera in a 1958 Landrover in Southern Africa. With the little time left over, he plays a rather bad game of golf. His favorite place is Moremi in the Okovango Delta in the African land-locked country of Botswana.
