She started getting itchy feet in 1995 and set her sights for Ole London Town where she spent two years as a Personal Assistant for a London Ticketing Agency which marketed all West End Theatre Shows. Trading the cold weather for the smell of salt and the wide blue yonder she has been working in the yachting industry for six years. Her enthusiasm for wine led her to study at the Culinary Institute of America. Her favorite places traveled have been Turkey for its history and exquisite cruising grounds, Hiking the Cascade Mountains on the West Coast of America, and home sweet home.
