Wes Castelsky - 2nd Chef
Wes grew up in Vancouver, Canada and has gained his experience by working in restaurants from the young age of 13. He studied at the Culinary Institute of American in Charlotte, North Carolina. Once he completely the program, he started working with Harper?s Restaurant Group as a Sous Chef at their restaurant Upstream. He was also an Executive Sous Chef at M5 Modern Mediterranean. After 15 years of hard work in the kitchen, he achieved the title of Head Chef. A few years ago he swapped the kitchen for a galley and here he is still happily sautéing away. When he isn’t cooking up a storm, he spends his spare time golfing, skiing, snowboarding and diving. He is excited to be onboard and is looking forward to sharing his delicious talent with everyone. |
