Tolan Dyer

Executive Chef Tolan Dyer was born and raised in Sydney, Australia and it was there that he developed his love of cooking. Starting from a young age while still in high school he spent school vacations gaining work experience in one of Sydney's most acclaimed fine dining restaurants, Rockpool. Upon finishing school he gained an apprentice position here, and moved up the ranks. Throughout further years he worked in various other fine dining restaurants in Sydney and Queensland.

Tolan left Australia in 2003. After spending a year living and working in the UK and traveling through Europe he joined the yachting industry. Starting on a small 72' motor yacht Tolan has worked his way up through the industry and has traveled to the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South America, New England and French Polynesia. Apart from his passion for cooking Tolan also has an interest in technology and computers, gym work, reading and cycling.
