Sophie Pierre - Head of Laundry

Sophie grew up in Plymouth, United Kingdom. While at home she used to manage a jewelry concessions company. Through a very close friend, she was introduced to the yachting industry and after completing a stewardess course she ended up joining him on the yacht he worked on. She prides herself on being a professional laundress and also has a knack for doing hair and nails.

Throughout her travels, some of the places Sophie has been drawn to has been Beirut, Egypt, Turkey and Croatia. She wants to visit South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and India. She also really wants to visit Mauritius where her family is originally from.

Music is a big part of Sophie’s life. She is learning to play the piano and is striving to get better every day. In the future, she would like to pursue a career in the music industry. She also loves to dance and is quite spiritual enjoying tarot reading and refers to her dream book often. Sophie believes in living life to the fullest and that all dreams are possible.
