Marjorie Bello

Marjorie, affectionately known as Gigi, was born in the Philippines. After she received a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, she decided to work on a local cruise ship as a front desk officer. Her passion to travel and desire to see the world took her to the yachting industry in which she has been involved in ever since.

Gigi's first season with M/Y Silver Shalis took her to New York and New England where she spent most of her summer. She joined the crew of M/Y Helios, all of whom became her family for over five years. During her time on board she spent three years in the Pacific and cruised in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Central America, North America, Australia and the Mediterranean.

Her life experiences and exposure to different cultures has transformed her into the person she is today. Gigi truly enjoys her life and is very passionate about her job. During her spare time Gigi loves to cook and bake counteracting it all by working out and staying fit. Eventually, she would also love to go back to the South Pacific!
