Lesley Philpott - Chief Stewardess

Lesley has worked in the service industry since the early age of 16. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with honors in Business administration she spent two years as a computer consultant for hospital pharmacies, before making her way into the yachting industry. She has worked on yachts ranging in size from 52m up to 130m for the past 13 years. She began as a stewardess and progressed to Chief Stewardess and finally to Purser.

With her free time she enjoys yoga to stay fit, and photography. Lesley has assisted in new builds and refits, and is extremely experienced in creating and implementing systems and procedures onboard. Lesley has been fortunate to work for many fantastic owners and has learned from some of yachting’s best Captains, Crews and Management Companies. Lesley's passion in providing excellent service along with meeting new people and traveling to new places is what keeps her constantly motivated and challenged to keep pushing to be the very best. Lesley brings a training background along with 20 years experience in the hospitality industry to Motor Yacht Cakewalk, whom she believes will be among the best private/ charter yachts 2012 has to offer.
