Frank Schubach - Deckhand / Dive Instructor

Frank was born in Empangeni, South Africa and spent his early years exploring the coastlines of Northern Kwazulu Natal. His love for the ocean sent him on a path to learn scuba diving and is proud of becoming a dive instructor. He eventually became the manager of a dive center at an exclusive lodge in Mozambique where he ended up hearing about yachting.

Staying close to his ocean roots, Frank felt that yachting would be a suitable career for him. He has achieved his Yachtmaster and is working towards getting his Officer of the Watch license. Frank is also happy about filling the role of dive instructor onboard the yacht. He also has a knack for entertaining both guests and crew with his sense of humor.

Frank loves traveling to places where he can immerse himself in surfing, free diving and fishing. When he is not in the water, he enjoys reading and is fascinated about learning anything involving the underwater world. One day he hopes to travel to all the world-renowned surfing and diving spots. So far his favorite spots have been have been Mozambique, Croatia and the Bahamas. Next on his list are the South Pacific and the Maldives.
