Monica Soler - Head Housekeeper

Monica was brought up in San Miguel de Allende, a town several hours north of Mexico City. She graduated from the University of Guadalajara as a Computer and Telecommunications Engineer. She initially found work as an editor for a local tourist magazine and e-commerce website in Puerto Vallarta.

Living by the coast led to her encounter the world of yachting. She was offered her first job in 2007 and has been sailing the seas ever since. With all of her traveling, she still believes that the Sea of Cortez is one of the most beautiful and pristine places in the world.

In her free time, Monica enjoys wakeboarding, rollerblading, listening to live music and trying to perfect her Italian. She loves high adrenaline activities and is extremely excited about getting her skydiving license. She is also somewhat of an art enthusiast and has recently enrolled in an online history course at the Museum of Modern Art.
